As the aging population continues to grow, scams against the elderly are following suit. The Maine Fraud Prevention Alliance is partnering with OceanView at Falmouth to host a free seminar, “How to DASH Fraud.” Barbara Esposito and Amanda Coffin of Bath Savings, Jane Margesson of AARP Maine and Lt. John Kilbride of Falmouth Police Department will be sharing information about different types of fraud and what can be done to prevent it. This seminar will provide insight into the role of your local bank and law enforcement when facing fraud or identity theft. Don’t be a victim to fraud – DASH Fraud!
